Fundraising and Marketing Associate, Specialty Finance

The Fundraising and Marketing Associate will be part of and work closely with the 16-person Specialty Finance investment team in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials with at least 3+ years of work experience
• Entrepreneurial inclination, strong work ethic with a willingness to 'roll up their sleeves'
• High intellectual curiosity to learn the asset class and business
• Strong quantitative, marketing and visual presentation abilities
• Flexibility to take on various projects and responsibilities as needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Initiative and creativity in approach to problem solving and process management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly skilled at PowerPoint presentations and Excel
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced and high-intensity environment
• Team player with a collaborative attitude and a desire to contribute to the growth of the business
• Ability to manage projects from beginning to end and meet critical deadlines
