The Head of Client Data Strategy will lead strategic client data oversight for the global client coverage organization, developing a multi-year roadmap for delivering on the client data value chain.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years’ progressive industry experience in leading client data/analytics strategy, governance and implementation within Financial Services / Asset Management
- Proven track record of establishing and executing on client data strategy within a complex and rapidly evolving business
- Global experience of supporting all client channels such as Intermediary, Institutional, HNW across all investment vehicles including Mutual Funds, UCITS, ETFs, Managed/Separate accounts and Alternative Investments
- Strong business intelligence analysis and project management skills
- Demonstrated sense of personal and team accountability
- Ability to forge collaborative relationships with business leaders, develop & deliver strategic technical vision, and to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization
- Strong leadership experience with a hands-on approach
- Ability to balance global, regional and line of business perspective with those of the firm, clients and shareholders
