Job Description
The Institutional Client Service Associate (CSA) supports the North America institutional business, partnering with Client Service Advisors, Insurance Client Advisors, and portfolio management teams. Success requires strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Partner with Client Service Advisors on day-to-day client servicing support
- Review and distribute recurring client reports and materials
- Coordinate and support meeting scheduling, preparation, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Enter client-directed cash flows
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Manage the completion and delivery of due diligence and audit requests
- Coordinate timely responses to client inquiries and requests
- Relationship management assistance and cross-functional coordination
- Help schedule and track client touchpoints and deliverables
- Attend client calls/meetings as appropriate
