Job Description
The Maintenance Technician supports the Facilities Manager and Senior Project Manager in relocations, carpentry requests, and maintenance work orders. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as physical stamina to lift heavy objects and walk through crowded areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of five years of experience working in a "Class A" commercial property
- Ability to operate a computer, power tools, and a 2-way Radio
- Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities
