Job Description
The Senior Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Specialist will drive the adoption and optimization of Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform across the organization, enabling business teams to identify opportunities, configure solutions, and champion AI-enhanced productivity tools within Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Serve as the SME for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform
- Lead Copilot adoption initiatives
- Configure and deploy AI-enhanced workflow automation and Copilot solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business, technology, security, product management, and delivery teams
- Maintain governance standards
- Support Power Platform governance
- Monitor and evaluate Copilot and Power Platform usage
- Provide escalation support for critical M365 issues
- Stay current on the Microsoft 365 roadmap
