Requirements
- Drive the growth of the digital community of Factura.com on social media and official channels
- Create and execute strategic content for social media and campaigns
- Propose and write blog topics
- Analyze digital trends, audience behavior, and competition
- Communicate technical topics in a clear and accessible way
- Write email communications that inform, guide, and strengthen the relationship with customers
- Protect and strengthen the brand's digital reputation
- Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports
- Analyze results and propose concrete actions to continue scaling the community
