Associate, Affiliate Growth (Work from home)

NeueHealth is a value-driven healthcare company seeking an Associate, Affiliate Growth to support business development and growth initiatives to recruit physicians into their value-based contracts. The role involves building relationships with independent primary care practices to expand their network of providers in new and existing markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, provider relations, or a related role
• Ability and willingness to travel within your assigned region up to 60% as needed
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
