Job Description
The Director, Clinical Performance will oversee clinical capabilities for Delegated Utilization Management and Delegated Care Management across multiple health plan clients in the California Medi-Cal and Medicaid markets. This is an onsite position located at our HQ in Doral, FL.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing, business, or other related Healthcare field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the population health management arena
- Active and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California
- Experience managing a team in a remote work environment
- Experience in program development and management
