Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• Prior internship or professional experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related industry is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail with strong organization and time-management skills
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to ask questions and challenge existing processes
