Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Logistics to take overall responsibility for logistics at Bernhard Rothfos and InterAmerican Coffee. The role involves strategic, structural, and operational development of logistics, as well as leadership of a team of around 25 employees. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, a deep understanding of the supply chain, and a modern leadership approach.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
- Several years of experience in a responsible logistics function
- Deep understanding of the entire supply chain
- Emotional leadership with clear people focus and modern leadership approach
- High IT affinity and understanding of system-supported logistics processes
