Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud

We are adding a Salesforce Solution Architect to our incredible Service Cloud practice! Working closely with and reporting to our Service Cloud Practice Lead, you will be responsible for bringing Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA and launch their solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience in a hands-on technical consulting and project management role
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration required (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Force.com)
• Expert in designing and creating Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative configuration
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce Project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
