Job Description
NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is a leader in AI and innovation, and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers, develop a pipeline of candidates, and utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recruiting experience, specifically in the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space, and be proficient in Google Suite. Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space
- Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team
- Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail
- Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
