EEG Technologist II - PRN - Beaumont, TX and Lake Charles, LA

As an EEG Technician II, Field Tech, you will conduct diagnostic tests in patients' homes, providing critical data for physician analysis. Your primary responsibilities include electrode placement, patient education, equipment setup, and equipment management.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical degree, certification, or training (e.g., EEG Technician I, II); ABRET certification is preferred (R.EEG.T)
• CPR certified and have annual PPD test results
• Valid Texas drivers license (or equivalent issued in the U.S.); if selected, candidate will be subject to background check and review of DMV public records
• 3 years experience in neurology, epilepsy, or a related field is preferred
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology for health records and communication; if selected, candidate will be subject to typing and other proficiency testing for digital tools (eg, use of Microsoft Office suite)
