Responsible for promoting and growing Neurocrine products in a specific geographic territory, managing relationships with physicians and other customers, and educating external customers about the benefits of our products.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in science or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience
- 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience
- Experience with business systems, salesforce automation platforms, and other business intelligence tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives and launch success in complex environments
- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management abilities
- Critical Thinking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales and account management disposition
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
