Job Description
Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Principal Scientist, Analytical Development to lead analytical method development and validation for monoclonal antibodies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in separation techniques and experience with method transfer, cGMP compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role will contribute to the development of policies and strategies, build professional relationships, and support the growth of team members.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Analytical Chemistry or related discipline and 12+ years of experience in the analytical/pharmaceutical development field
- Expert knowledge and understanding of analytical chemistry, separation sciences, and bioprocess as well as formulation development
- Extensive experience and expertise with monoclonal antibody modalities focusing on analytical method development including release/stability method development
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
- Proficient in characterization of monoclonal antibody modalities using various modern technologies
