Privacy Manager - Global Privacy Program, San Diego HQ

We are seeking a Global Privacy Manager to support our mission and manage day-to-day privacy operations, leading the execution of cross-functional privacy initiatives.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent and 6+ years of experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Privacy or Compliance and Ethics Professional Certification preferred
• Proven experience implementing and managing privacy strategies and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
• Prior experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing decision-making at senior levels
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with privacy management platforms
• Outstanding project management skills
