We are seeking a Sr. Commercial Analytics Manager, Market Access to independently collaborate with organizational stakeholders and participate in commercial planning efforts by providing unbiased, objective, and actionable analyses.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree and 8+ years of a combination of secondary analytics, primary market research, and/or competitive intelligence experience within the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate secondary data, primary market research and competitive intelligence to create insights and actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on knowledge of working with biopharmaceutical market data, including Access-specific data sources.
- Experience working with the Market Access function in an analytical capacity and strong working knowledge of Market Access goals, common business questions, and data sets.
- Understanding of statistical modeling and optimization as well as statistical analyses of quantitative research results.
- Advanced skill level with MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word computer programs.
- Strategic understanding of pharmaceutical sales, marketing and access/reimbursement with the ability to identify market drivers, trends, issues, etc.
- Excellent project management, strong project leadership skills.
- Independently anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements.
