Sr. Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics

Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Sr. Director, Commercial Forecasting & Analytics to lead the company's commercial forecasting and advanced analytics capability across the in-market portfolio, launch assets, and pipeline. The role involves defining and governing forecasting strategy, establishing scalable methodologies, and leading a multi-layered forecasting and analytics organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, life sciences, or a related quantitative discipline required
• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial forecasting and/or analytics, including leadership responsibility across launches and lifecycle management
• Strong strategic, financial, and enterprise acumen
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape enterprise strategy through data-driven insight
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and change-management skills
