VP, Intellectual Property - Small Molecules | Onsite San Diego HQ

We are seeking a VP of Intellectual Property for our small molecules portfolio. The role involves overseeing IP efforts worldwide, providing strategic leadership, and managing in-house and outside counsel relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and admission to practice in California preferred
• 15+ years' of IP experience with significant in-house and/or law firm patent experience related to small molecule drugs
• Advanced degree in biology, chemistry, or related field
• Registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office required
