Job Description
NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking a Human Resources Director to manage the HR department, oversee hiring and retention, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR or business administration, 3 years of HR experience, and supervisory experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration field required
- Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience required
- Prior supervisory experience required
- SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
