Job Description
NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is seeking a Recreational Activity Associate at our Medical Behavioral Hospital of Clear Lake, TX location. The ideal candidate will plan, set up, and lead recreational activities for patients with special needs while maintaining equipment and providing exceptional patient-centered care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Handle with Care (HWC) certification
- Ability to lead and motivate people
- Good planning and organizational skills
