Registered Nurse (RN)

We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts to help provide life changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials. $15,000 Sign on bonus for Full Time Employment on the Day Shift.

Requirements

• Plans, directs, evaluates and documents all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assesses the needs of patients and initiates, implements and evaluates individualized plans of care.
• Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care. Maintains satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.
