Administrative and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our fast-paced team. The role involves handling a diverse range of tasks, including accounting, office management, HR support, team culture and events, executive and digital support, and mail and shipping.

Requirements

• CFC in Commerce or equivalent training
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive 'can-do' mindset
