Job Description
The Production Technician plays a crucial role in manufacturing implantable electrodes for interfacing with the human brain, adhering to ISO 13485 Quality Management System standards. The role involves assembly, inspection, and testing steps, as well as operating equipment and updating consumable inventory.
Requirements
- Practical experience and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO 13485 or other relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment (ISO class 5–8) is an asset
- Mid-level profile with up to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment
- Ability to work under microscopes, with tweezers, micrometers, scales, and with other handheld tools for small parts
- Mandatory good writing, reading and oral skills in English (B2)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Strong commitment to health and safety regulations and self-direction
- Ability to adapt to continuous learning and change
