Job Description
Nevada State University invites applications for the position of Student Worker - Campus Recreation Assistant. The student will be a key player in the Office of Student Life’s mission to build a culture of involvement by directly serving students and getting them connected to the campus community.
Requirements
- Must be in good academic standing and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student with a minimum of 6 credits in the current or upcoming semester at Nevada State.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship (Nevada State does not sponsor employment-related visas).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for co-curricular involvement as part of the university experience (clubs and organizations, volunteer work, on campus employment, etc.).
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for indoor and outdoor recreation programming.
- Ability to work independently and as a team on a variety of complex projects.
