Job Description
New Age Services is looking for a Part Time Community Disability Practitioner to support individuals with complex behaviors and disabilities in Calgary. The role involves providing medical, technological, environmental, emotional, physical, and behavioral support, and attending medical and legal appointments.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Canadian Certificate/Diploma in the Human Services or Disability sector (equivalencies will be considered)
- Intermediate computer skills and MS Office proficiency
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, with minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance by time of hire
- Comfortable supporting Individuals with diverse disabilities and complex diagnoses
Benefits
