Field Service Technician

New Castle Metal is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair of industrial machinery, provide technical instruction, and travel to six manufacturing facilities across the North East.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment
• Strong baseline competency in electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to teach, mentor, and train others
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication machinery
• Experience with CMMS platforms (MaintainX a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills
