Job Description
New Castle Building Products is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to answer phone calls, emails, and process orders. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of building materials, and a customer service-first attitude.
Requirements
- Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Must have a can do, customer service first attitude
- Basic math skills
- Good memory to retain technical knowledge
- Prior experience with building materials is a plus
