Senior Program Manager

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program strategy and execution across its key initiatives in Thailand. The role will oversee a small team and ensure high-quality program design, delivery, and impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in program management, startups, sustainability, or related fields
• Strong experience in project/program management and execution
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team
• Ability to track performance, KPIs, and manage budgets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both Thai and English
