Job Description
As a Senior Creative Strategist at Donut Studios, you'll develop performance-driven creative strategies for clients across digital channels, analyze audience insights, and collaborate with media partners to drive creative performance. You'll also manage creative launch pipelines, lead creative briefing and project management, and ensure quality and brand alignment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in paid social creative strategy
- Strong instincts for direct response creative and platform-specific storytelling
- Proven track record of leading client strategy and improving creative performance
- Deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
- Confident briefing partner and creative reviewer with high attention to detail
