New Engen is a digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead paid social strategy and drive performance across high-spend, complex client accounts.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of paid social experience, with deep expertise in Meta
- Hands-on experience with at least one additional platform (TikTok, Reddit, Snap, or similar)
- Proven ability to lead strategy on complex or high-spend accounts
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience presenting performance and recommendations to clients or senior stakeholders
