Requirements
- Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients
- Troubleshoot and fix hardware, network, and system issues
- Maintain, configure, upgrade, and repair IT equipment
- Ensure systems are secure, stable, and performing well
- Respond to incidents and resolve issues within SLA targets
- Act as an escalation point and assist junior team members
- Work with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Recommend suitable technologies and IT solutions
- Create and update technical designs and documentation
- Monitor system logs and manage incidents
- Improve and automate technical processes where possible
- Keep technical skills up to date through training
- Participate in on-call support and complete required documentation
