This position is responsible for managing the clinical aspects of clients served, supervising staff, and performing client care activities. It requires leadership and communication skills to ensure quality member-centered care is delivered.
Requirements
- Coordinates daily clinical operational activities
- Supervises assigned staff
- Provides oversight and support to staff outside of the department
- Manages member care and coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Collaborates with the Director of Clinical Operations
