Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of construction contracts and construction administration.
- Knowledge of construction cost estimating practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- Familiarity with building and life safety codes.
- Ability to establish, monitor, and maintain a team of external construction inspection service providers.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
