Requirements
- Completion of an accredited medical doctor or doctor of osteopathy program
- Board certification or board-eligibility in family practice or related specialty
- Previous experience working with underserved populations
- Certification through the Drug Enforcement Agency and valid licensure in Washington State
- BLS certification
