Infant Teacher

We are seeking an Infant Teacher to join the New Horizon Academy team in Olathe, KS! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, a willingness to learn and grow, and a positive work ethic.

Requirements

• Meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
• Have a positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Have previous childcare experience.
• Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Be able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Have documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
