Job Description
We are seeking a Pre-K Teacher to join our team at New Horizon Academy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an early childhood education setting, a positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience working in an early childhood education setting
- Experience working in ECE and in classroom management
- Positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow as an educator
- Passion for working with young children
- Interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field
- Ability to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies
