Job Description
New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Housing Liaison to work with homeless individuals to access housing and community resources. The ideal candidate is a caring person who enjoys challenging work with a variety of responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a human services field, which includes social work, psychology, sociology, or other related field and/or three years of relevant case management experience in housing
- Valid driver’s license and a favorable driving record
- CPI and SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) certification
