Direct Care for Children

New Horizons is a residential treatment center for kids ages 5-17 who have experienced trauma. As a Direct Care for Children, you will create a sense of stability and provide a nurturing environment for the kids, helping them develop positive relationships and coping skills.

Requirements

• Provide daily care, supervision, and support to children ages 5-17
• Build supportive relationships with youth
• Implement crisis intervention techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Support youth with daily routines
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
