Job Description
As a Lead Supervisor and Driver, you will supervise and motivate a five-person crew, including three New Horizons Members, as they perform essential litter and debris removal along major highways through a CalTrans contract. You’ll lead by example—ensuring top-tier safety standards, clear communication, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
