Pathways Coordinator

New Horizons, a nonprofit serving special needs adults, seeks a Pathways Coordinator to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pathways Program, supervising Pathways Job Coaches and implementing department and agency trainings.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the needs of persons with developmental disabilities
• Ability to relate effectively with persons with disabilities and employers
• Reliable vehicle, proof of insurance, valid California Driver License, and a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier
