Digital Project Manager

Digital Project Manager will be accountable for projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and mitigating risk along the way.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Mid-level
• Technically minded with a genuine interest in the digital world
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Lead software development projects from conception to completion
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation plans
• Define project team to help visualise our unique approach/project management methodology to delivery
• Manage resource, including prioritisation, scheduling and direction
• Communicate project plans and job status to clients weekly and daily where necessary
• Document all the processes in the business relating to delivery of services
• Support finance with monthly invoicing as required
• Focus on pushing as much revenue through the P&L and utilisation
• Advise talent managers on positive/negative resourcing requirements at least two months ahead of requirements
• Manage internal projects
• Manage third party contractors and third-party agencies working in partnership on project delivery
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, motivating them to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate project retrospectives to evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements
