Requirements

• Conduct research and analysis on a variety of assigned topics aligned with divisional priorities
• Work closely with sector leaders on industry issues, initiatives and policy discussions
• Support the team in daily operational tasks and ensure compliance with organizational procedures
• Participate in the development and implementation of new operational strategies to enhance productivity
• Write policy memos to distill research, policy recommendations, and other information
• Engage in stakeholder outreach to help develop and advance special projects
• Performs research on competitor state policies and programs
• Promotes teamwork and communication to encourage an interactive, cooperative, collaborative, and customer focused work environment among division, EDA staff, and external customers
• Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned
