Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Accounting, the Senior Analyst, FP&A drives financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting across New Leaf Energy. The role includes leading the annual budget and forecasting cycles, building and maintaining complex financial models, and delivering clear, actionable reporting to executive leadership and the Board.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in related roles
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, accounting or finance discipline
- Advanced proficiency managing and using an FP&A tool
- Strong-to-expert level financial modeling skills
- General understanding of GAAP accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
