Construction Project Superintendent

New Line Structures is seeking a Construction Superintendent to join its construction management team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction, supervise subcontractors, and maintain strong working relationships with professional groups. The right candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as possess effective time management and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Construction/Project Superintendent in New York City
• Relevant degree in construction or engineering is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills
• Adequate computer skills
• Knowledge of Procore
• Completed OSHA 30 Construction
• Completed New York City Site Safety Manager Certificate
• NYC DOB Construction Superintendent Registration is a plus
