Job Description
The Assistant Building Engineer provides museum maintenance, safety, and management, operating, repairing, and maintaining building systems, supervising contractors and vendors, and assisting with events and special projects.
Requirements
- Basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing proficiency
- Basic computer literacy with email, calendar management, and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in a commercial facility in NYC required
- Must have or be willing to obtain FDNY Certificates: S12, S13, S95, F60, F01, and F78
