Job Description
The Part-time Audio-Visual Preparator will work with the Senior Production Manager, Education and Public Engagement, and Operations Staff to complete production needs during load-in, operation, and strike for events such as artist talks, concerts, screenings, and residencies.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience operating and maintaining theatrical and live event audio, video, lighting, and electrical technology and systems.
- Basic experience with hand tools, rigging equipment, and lifts.
- Comfortable working at heights and ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with staff who possess varied degrees of technical expertise.
