Group Facilitator

New Oakland Family Centers offers top-tier psychiatric care, therapeutic counseling, and educational services to individuals and families. The Group Facilitator plays a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
• Mental health experience preferred
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in group practice
• Ability to empathize with group members while guiding the group to stay focused and achieve therapeutic goals
