Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in social work, counseling, psychology or related field
- Mental health experience preferred
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in group practice
- Ability to empathize with group members while guiding the group to stay focused and achieve therapeutic goals
