Monitors will also be responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with program rules, and communicating with clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum two years' experience in social service/helping profession or security work
- Reading/effective written communication skills
- Ability to respond calmly and appropriately in response to aggressive behavior
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations
- CT Drivers License and Public Service License preferred
