Job Description
The Culinary Services Director will provide leadership and management of food and beverage services, oversee procurement, preparation, and service of food, and ensure safe food handling and sanitation.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of food handling regulations
- 3+ years of management experience
- 4+ years of experience as lead chef in a hospitality/restaurant environment
- Culinary training and/or Dietary Certifications required
